The RidgeMonkey Connect Deep Pan & Griddle XL Granite Edition features detachable cool touch handles and a detachable hinge system that transforms one pan into two - a deep sided saucepan and a separate griddle pan.
The griddle pan acts as the lid on the deeper pan, and can be detached to become a separate pan, allowing you to cook two lots of food at once. The griddle pan is also interchangeable with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster XL Granite Edition.
RidgeMonkey's new granite style coating makes their pans tougher, more durable, and offers improved non-stick properties taking compact cookware to a whole new level.
